Three hours at your place, working out what your clothes are actually being asked to do and which shapes and proportions do it.

We start with what matters to you rather than with clothes. Where your days actually go, what you want to be read as, what you would rather not think about at seven in the morning. Then we work through the things that decide whether a garment sits right on you: line, proportion, scale, the way a fabric behaves, where the eye lands.

You keep your Style File, plus two cards small enough to live in your bag. One holds the three to six words we land on for how you want to be seen. The other holds the handful of things worth keeping in mind whatever else you break.

What it costs

Travel is already inside the price. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is added on the day.

$395 is the launch price and it holds until 30 September. From 1 October the Style Session is $450. If you book before the end of September you pay $395, whenever your session actually falls.

If you are further out

I travel across Central and Northern Victoria and a good part of my work is out of town. Those sessions are priced by distance and booked by hand rather than through the calendar below, so that nobody is quoted the wrong number.

How the booking works

Five steps, and the first four are in the calendar below.

Choose a date and time The earliest date is eight days away. This gives us both time to prepare. There are two things I ask you to send back beforehand, a short questionnaire and an assessment of how you spend your time across a week. This ensures our three hours together are focused on you.
Fill in your details and the address for the session The address is how I know where I am driving to, so it is the one field worth checking twice.
Pay In full, at the time of booking. Nothing is invoiced afterwards.
Check your email for your confirmation It carries a link to everything you need beforehand. If it has not arrived in a few minutes, have a look in your junk folder.
Do the two bits of pre-work A worksheet you can fill in over a week and four short questions. Half an hour or so all up. There is no wrong answer in any of it.

What happens next

Your confirmation email carries a link to the page that holds everything you need before the day. If you cannot find the email, it is all on the session information page as well.

Nothing to buy, nothing to prepare and nothing to tidy. I have seen every kind of house there is and I am not coming to look at yours.

What to have ready on the day

One outfit you already like wearing, on or hanging up. We use it as a starting point, because something that already works tells us more in two minutes than an hour of talking about it would.

Somewhere with decent light and a mirror, and three hours where you are not needed by anybody else.

If you need to change the day

Please give me at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours a fee of 50 per cent of the session price may apply, because a session plus travel is most of a day and it is hard to fill at short notice. If something urgent has happened, ring me on 0417 572 201 and we will work it out.
